Shipping Policy

U.S. orders can take approximately 14 business days to process before shipping. Some items may ship separately. Once shipped, packages are generally received within 5-7 business days of the shipment date. Currently we are offering free shipping on Standard shipping.

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Precious Children Loved (PCL)cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you.  If there are any cancellations, we will let you know via email.

Prices of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the PCL site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing and hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error free.

 Lost packages

If it has been more than 14 business days since your package was shipped, please contact us at support@preciouschildrenloved.com  and submit a missing mail search request. We appreciate your patience during this period of COVID-19 with possible delays.

 Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 10 business days please let us know by emailing support@preciouschildrenloved.com    We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

 Can I change my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at support@preciouschildrenloved.com and be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
